Backyard pics

So when I posted pics of the house a few months back my mom noticed I didn't have pictures of the back yard. There was a reason for that. It was the one thing about the house that Chris and I hated. So, we put some work into it and are finally content with it. It isn't perfect, the shed needs painted, but it will do. This is what you see when you step out our back door. We have enjoyed spending some warm spring days out on our patio.This is the whole patio. Chris loves to barbeque and so the first thing on the list of necessities for the back yard was a new BBQ. I can't complain because it means I don't have to cook as much. We also got this table and chairs for pretty cheap.How do you like our ugly shed? The yard isn't huge, but that is par for the course in Houston. We don't really need a lot of playing around room.
We really wanted to have some tropical plants in our back yard. But since it isn't a permanent home we decided putting them in planters would allow us to move them with us. We really enjoy the tropical oasis we have created.
